100 rebate on COTOPAXI(carbano x Lenz) breeding if booked before 2010.
Standing at stud at Lower Saxony Show Stables in ottawa Live foal Garante Fresh semen Cotopaxi (stamm 776 - same as Ramiro Z ) born in 1997 is an imported Holsteiner Verband approved stallion by Carbano (stamm 1298 - same as Lord). Carbano is by the double Olympic stallion Carthago Z (by Capitol I). Carbano's dam Borgia is out of Fiance who is a full sister to Lord. Other great products of the Capitol I/Caletto blood include Cento, Cumano, Indoctro, Cassini and Cotopaxi's grandsire Carthago. Cotopaxi's dam is the state premium mare Acolonia who is by the Grand Prix jumper Lenz by Lagos by Ladykiller. Acolonia's dam Colonia was bred by Paul Bahlmann the same breeder that bred Ramiro Z, and she was reportedly his favorite mare, by the stallion Colonel known for siring Grand Vikar. Grand Vikar has most recently been acknowledged as the sire of the great Capitano in the book by Claus Scridde. This would make the transmitter of Cottage Son blood in the greatest pillar of Holsteiner breeding the C line through Colonel linebred in both Cotopaxi's paternal and maternal lineages. cell: 407 929 1487 barn: 613 833 3639 lowersaxonyshowstables@bellnet.ca This message has been edited.
