Hi Everyone,

It's coming up to 'clinic season', and Dewmont Farms is proudly hosting a jumper clinic with Italian Grand Prix rider Max Cortis.

Max is a patient, knowledgeable instructor with loads of experience with both green and seasoned horses. He has taught beginner to World Cup level riders and competed in some of the most prestigious venues in Europe.

We are very excited to be able to offer you this opportunity! A limited number of stalls are available at $30/day. The clinic is 3 days long; cost is $250/horse for all 3 days. A $5 audit fee will be charged, and we will be supplying coffee, juice and donuts for all .

Please contact Leigh Fuller for more details.

Sorry all, the dates are October 17-19.

Some quick 'Max Facts'

As a Rider:
*Rode in Grand Prix CSI(international shows) in Europe with the Italian team.
*Was in the "top ten" riders of the Italian Championships for 3 years.
*Was on the Italian Team selected for the European Championships.
*Was trained by Guido Dominici who competed with Nelson Pessoa and was Rodrigo Pessoa’s trainer some years ago, also the trainer of the Belgium Team and at one time was proclaimed the best trainer in Italy
As a Trainer:
*Had many students that rode in national and international shows,2 of them were 2nd and 3rd in the Italian Junior Championships(with more than 120 riders!).
*Has done clinics in New Zealand and in Ukraine to world cup level riders.

Max offers horse and rider a balanced program consisting of equal parts flat and over fences material. His main focus is the communication lines between horse and rider, making each lesson a unique experience for both athletes. Max teaches team work and consistency; his lessons are uncomplicated and help to build confidence in horse/rider partnerships.

Thanks everyone for participating in such a great weekend! We could not have asked for better weather and everyone did a super job (although I think we are all pretty muscle sore! Smiler). Special thanks to Heather and the Dewmont gang for allowing the use of the facility, and to our photographers for their efforts.

I will post the link to the clinic photos here once it is up and running Smiler.
