BUMP Jumping not necessary but available if in a weekly lesson with Lindsay. Would be perfect for someone who takes pride in their flatwork and is looking for a bit of a winter project.

With consistent work, this mare is quite special! She's very athletic, and seems to go naturally into a frame as she moves. This'd be a great opportunity for a quiet rider with a bit of experience to work with a talented horse! I've had the privilege of riding her, and she is a lovely mover with quite a jump on her.

Lease possibly lowered if suitable! Mare has competed training hunters last summer 2'6 -potential for higher with consistent work, headed in the jumpers direction!!

It would depend on where, however Sunset is not going to sell anytime soon. I am thinking at least a year if not more. 5 million dollars is a lot of money and someone won't just show up and offer that much so it is not an immediate concern.

Have had interest however still looking, if you are a decent quiet rider this would be a perfect opportunity to be able to ride 3 times a week on a 16.3 hh mare who loves to jump.

Lovely mare and this is a super opportunity for a rider looking to move up to something with more potential/talent. She's just a doll.
Sarah- I'll have you know that quite a few barns in the Ottawa area are "for sale"...i.e would be willing to sell if the right person at the right time with the right price comes along. It is not sold. As one of the owners, Sunset is still very much an active show barn and will continue to be for the next while. There is just as much speculation of it continuing to be a show stable as there is of it being something else. As of the last couple of weeks, we have been adding some exciting upgrades on the Green Course and Cross Country Course. In other words, we aren't slowing down and closing up shop.
Sunset-"I'll have you know".....wow.....i heard about the few sensitive types on this board...hehe....instead of getting touchy...normal for further information to be requested as most folks don't want to move once settled in...geez..we were just inquiring no need to get all up type ladies.....
