This is a NON-LESSON barn but your personal coaches are WELCOME.

STALLS
- Standard box stall cleaned daily
- Larger stalls for foaling
- Stone dust base, bedded on shavings
- Stalls watered by pails
- In-stall camera

ARENA
- BRIGHT 60’ by 120’ indoor arena
- Arena treated to eliminate dust
- Excellent arena footing harrowed to maintain conditions

BOARDER TACK ROOM
- Large boarder tack room with individual lockers & blanket tote
- Saddle & bridle racks

LOUNGE
- Furnished heated lounge

OUTSIDE RING
- 90’ by 160’ maintained outdoor ring
- Well light for evening riding

PADDOCKS / TURNOUT
- Lots turnout in compatible groupings
- Safe large grass paddocks with plenty of grass

OTHER
- 60’ round pen with excellent sand footing
- 2nd round pen moved & used for individual turn out
- Secured hay room & feed rooms
- Horse trailer parking available
- Washroom facilities
- Multi Purpose Room (MPR) Hot / cold water as a wash stall or...

Ditto! My two broodmares went there to foal out this Spring - fantastic mare care, btw! Mares came home, my 3 year old went up for a couple of months so I can actually ride (cursed rain!).
