I'd recommend Spindrift Boarding & Training in Almonte, just 10 minutes from Carleton Place. Great atmosphere, good mix of riders of all ages, great coach, and they just opened a second show barn.

A wonderful welcome to Ottawa. May you and your family be happy here.

There are many wonderful facilities in this area. What might be helpful is an understanding of what your daughter's goals are...is it an A barn...or is she looking for a relaxed recreational environment.

Best of luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.

Thanks folks...we are also looking maybe...depending on cost building our own arena or..buying a farm with one so any travelling coaches would be an option too. Hopefully....We dont intend to be a boarding barn though just enough stalls for a couple of our own and thats it...so far...lol
