I don't know if he is taking on new clients but you could try John Edwards (he looks after Steve Morris' cleints when he's away). 613-227-1449 As for a previous post, regarding clips - depending upon how the horse moves and how the hoof is formed sometimes a toe clip is more suitable than side clips. Hot shoe vs. cold can also make a difference. John does hot shoe.
