I'm looking for a supplement to quieten down my horse - just for the winter when she's feeling a bit too good lol - but one that doesn't break the bank. I'd rather lunge for 5mins than feed something that cost $50/month (just cause it's for horses - the human equal would be like $10 lol)

I have used Solace and it seems to work - $70 for about 3 months. Add to the feed.

I agree with Riverglen. The stuff has worked very well for my horses.

What kind of grain are you feeding her? Maybe you could try something with less sugar for the winter? (ie if she's on a sweet feed - change her for the winter months?).

I've seen Chill at both Horseworld and Greenhawk. I think the bottle was around $39.

A friend of mine swears by thiamin for keeping her TB calm.

Yes, both Horseworld and Greenhawk carry Chill.

I've tried thiamin in the past - found that it didn't do much for most of my higher strung horses. Worked very well on one mare though but only on her.
