I cut my horse's mane and forelock really short. I know that her mane will grow back, but what can I do about her forelock? Can I do something so that it can grow again?

M-T-G you can find at any tack shop - Read the instructions on the bottle, but you just pour some into the roots of the hair and massage it in a little. It is suggested you use it in the evening, as it can enhance sunburning. And I think if you use too much, it can have the opposite effect (hair falls out!)

Coconut oil - Buy 100% Virgin coconut oil. Apparently, it is the only oil that actually penetrates hair, so it actually moisturizes the hair instead of coating it.
I found mine in the "Natural Foods" section of 'Your Independent' grocery store. It is solid up to something like 24°C. But you can rub it between your hands and just rub it into your horses mane and tail.
